Pannal Ash Cricket Club is one of Harrogate's oldest clubs, being in existence since c 1852.
The club runs senior teams in both the Nidderdale and District Amateur Cricket League, the largest village cricket league in England, and the Harrogate and District Amateur Evening Cricket League.
We are looking to reform our 2nd XI in 2009, playing a series of friendlies in the second half of the season. This would be ideal for young cricketers, aged 16 to 19, to gain experience before we enter the league next year.
Last year (2008) our Junior section re-appeared in the Arrow Readydrive Nidderdale Junior Cricket League for the first time in 30 years.
In 2009
we will be entering junior teams in the Under 13 and Under 11 (pairs) section.
We are always keen to welcome new players and junior players are particularly welcome.
We hope you enjoy reading about our club, past and present.
